Dr Zafran and his staff are so great! From making the appointment to walking out the door- they make it so easy! And I cannot say enough about Dr Zafran and his main assistant… such quality care with easy to understand solutions, their bedside manner is 10 out of 10!

Dr. Zafran is the BEST doctor I have ever seen!!!! You know he is great, when it’s time to visit your gynecologist office, and you don’t mind. All because you will be seeing the sweetest, most caring and best of the best doctor!

I tried scheduling an appointment but the receptionist said she needed to ask me some questions.. she asked all her questions then said “we’ll call you to let you know if the doctors accept you” I felt like I was applying for an Ivy League college. I’ve never been put in that situation before. Anyway they never called so I did and then I got the same lady on the phone that said I wasn’t accepted because they aren’t accepting new patients.. then she referred me to another doctor which didn’t even accept my insurance. If you ever had a miscarriage and if you are using pregnancy Medicaid they will not accept you.

The office staff was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Zafran was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He took time to address all of my concerns. I highly recommend this practice!

By far one of the best experience I had with Royal Palm OB/GYN was with Candice Anderson. She was very comforting and made me feel like I have been her patient for years. I got that feeling that she really really cared about my well-being. I really wish there was more people like her in the medical field. Kudos to Royal Palm OB/GYN so have such an amazing professional.

Doctor was amazing, office is horrible and disorganized. It took a month to get my follow up appointment booked and I had to book myself online after promised call backs weren’t made (I had to email and the woman I originally booked my first appointment with said she’d call me the next day, when I put a note about it on my online booking request she finally emailed back to apologize saying she was sick that day but could help me book now). When I’d call to book it would say number not available or caller busy. The final straw was was told my appointment was covered 100% but I just got a bill for $2,000… I will never return here. Half of my bills are saying in-network and covered and half are saying out-of-network (including the “fully covered” appointment). Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I tried to schedule an appointment but the receptionist stated she need to take my information then the doctors will see if they can take me because they are busy and have lots of patients. That is not great customer service even if that is the case you never make a potential patient feel uncomfortable or not important.
